Though, I'm not certa...I enjoyed this blog Jim. Though, I'm not certain about the "mini-glaciers", 'permafrost' might have been the term I'd have used but I'm always overboard for technical speak.<br /><br />From a geological perspective I find it easy to forget about people... yet when you consider how recent much of the changes to the earth are it raises the question of how people dealt with these massive changes.<br /><br />While I'm thinking of it, aboriginal people would have seen the eruptions of volcanoes in Victoria and South Australia only about 10 000 years ago.
